This terrific book is my personal favourite of the month. After being introduced to a Brighton-based series character, DSI Grace, we are given one surprise after another as a stag night prank goes seriously wrong. It's a slight change of direction for this paranormal/science/thriller writer as he moves publishers; he is obviously and deservedly Pan's Peter Robinson replacement. I look forward to the second. With a big marketing spend, it can't go wrong.
