Not Dead Enough Straight In At Number 2

I'm thrilled to say that in its first week of paperback publication in the UK, Not Dead Enough has gone straight to No 2 in the Sunday Times Bestseller List and to No 1 in WHSmith.

Thank you so much for all of you who support my writing so enthusiastically. All best wishes for the festive season!

That's fantastic Peter - I'm really pleased that your books are getting the success they deserve! I've been a massive fan since a friend lent me a copy of Prophecy many years ago, and look forward to a new Peter James novel more than any other! Have a great xmas and keep up the great work!

Great news Peter! You deserve every ounce of success. I'm proud to say that I've been a fan since the release of Dreamer. The books have just gotten better and better! Here's to many more Grace novels!

Hey Peter James,

Picked your latest book up at an airport to kill 12 hours of flight time on the way to a gig in Singapore.

I read most of it on the way out there which is a oddity for me since I don't get caught up in many books. (The last one was the "His Dark Materials" trilogy).

I just want to say, that your book kept me reading even though I guessed the outcome halfway through. The last 3 to 4 chapters made me read in "double time" so I could find out the fate of the important characters.

Anyway, I look forward to reading the earlier Roy Grace books and hope you will answer some questions left over from "Not Dead Enough"

I'm looking forward to filling up some more travel time with your great writing ability.

Sincerely
sideshow

Hello Peter
Your last book was the first one I have read. No idea why I haven't read your books before, but I shall make up for lost time now!

Can't wait for the fourth in the Roy Grace series! A most likeable character.

Hi Peter - I have just become a fan after listening to all three roy grace stories on my ipod after downloading from Audible I do hope that the new one will be available to download as it makes dog walking a lot more fun, I loved all three but my favourite was not dead enough - It would make a great film. I stayed at the hotel du vin last week and was sitting in the bar area listening to the story - very strange.

Hi Linda

I was really fascinated to read your post, as you are the first person to have written to me as a fan from just listening to audio downloads - very interesting as I am sure it is a big part of the future!

Very amused you were in the Hotel Du Vin!!!

There will be an announcent about the tv series on my website very soon.

All best

Peter
