Brighton police station lost property department? I'm sure there was a hippo down there somewhere, and they have to dispose of all the drugs somehow....

Good guess Amanda! It is actually in the entrance of Litterature House in Hagen, Germany. I was going to give some easier clues after this but I got rumbled Munich!

And thanks Paul for the very original idea of Brighton police station lost property dept. That wins a signed book for ingenuity!!!
